This butterfly shawl is inspired by the amazing migration of the Monarch butterflies.
I designed several butterfly laces and this version is what I like best.
The bottom scalloped edge is crocheted.

Knit Picks, Palette,

100% Peruvian Highland Wool, 231 yards/50 g ball,

Hand wash and dry flat.

Color # 4932/Serrano, Dye Lot # 2298, 5 x Yarn Ball(s)

Needle: US2 2.75mm
Hook: Steel, 1/2.75mm

White Tank Top

This tank top was salvaged from an existing dress project.
I cut and unraveled across the waist and finished off the bottom hem.
The top features a sweetheart bust line and a v-back.

I use the diamond leaves swatch

from "Stitchionary 5: Lace Knitting" by Vogue Knitting

for the lace part of the tank top.

Online, Linie 163 Bingo,

100% Egyptian, Mercerized, Gassed Cotton, 136yards/ 50g ball,

Machine wash warm and dry flat.

Color #01, Dye Lot #48,58, 4 x Yarn Ball(s)

Needle: US4 3.5mm

Cloud Pillow

I made a cute cloud pillow for my brooches!

Purple Mittens

This pair of mittens is constructed from top-down using short-row shaping
for the finger and thumb tips. Decreases are made every other row
on the thumb stitches whereas the palm stitches are maintained.
The cuff uses 2x2 ribbing.
 
Premier Yarns, Serenity Garden Yarn,
100% Dralon Microfiber, 185 yards/65 g ball,
Machine wash inside out, warm water, gentle cycle.
Tumble dry low heat. 
Do not iron. Do not bleach.
Color # DN800-07/Crocus, Lot # S3728 2011-05, 1 x Skein
Note: The mittens are worked over 2 skeins for ease of thumb installment.
Needle: US3 3.25mm

Oyster Purse

This purse is inspired by the leftover yarn from the Chrysanthemum Bag.
It is worked from bottom-up using short-row shaping,
making the construction practically seamless.
Seed stitch is used to define the opening and the flap.
The button hole is a one-row and a wooden toggle button is used.

As for lining, again, toile with children playing print is used.
